Q: How do I get started in Messages On-Hold?

A: The process is simple . . .
After you've chosen your plan, you are just a few easy steps from uploading professional recordings to your telephone system!

Step 1
Audiotel gathers information from you to create a draft of your script(s). Then, we work with you on the script until it is exactly what you want.

Step 2
The script is recorded by our professional voice talent and mixed in our studio with license music.

Step 3
Your initial production is electronically delivered directly to you. We'll work with you and your vendors to determine the best delivery method. Alternatively we can package and ship productions to your location(s). If your production is going into a telephone system or MOH device, we will upload all of your subsequent productions and updates directly to your equipment (over the Internet) with no human intervention required. This feature depends on the equipment you have installed. Call us to assess your system's capabilities.

Q: Our telephone system does not have built-in MOH capability. What can we do?

A: Audiotel offers an equipment for services program. When you sign up for one of our production-service plans we'll send you the equipment at no charge.

Q: Do I have to sign up for a monthly plan?

A: No. Audiotel also offers a purchase option. This is a good option for customers who will not be updating their on-hold production.

Q: I already have on-hold equipment. Can I just purchase the on-hold production?

A: Yes. Just let us know what format you need.

Q: How long will it take to get my system up and running?

A: Once the copy has been approved, it will take about 5 business days.
